将已公开在CSD中的数据改为未公开状态

在之前的推文“CCDC基操-申请CCDC误操作公开CIF挽回”中有网友遇到过CIF[1]在CCDC[2]中公开导致无法在论文中发表只能引用的情况，可以向CCDC发邮件更改数据状态，最终也成功了，本文介绍一下笔者亲历的案例。

如图1所示，CCDC存储号为2410257，DOI[3]为10.5517/ccdc.csd.cc2lx27v，状态为Published in CSD Communication。

当需要将其状态由Published改为Unpublished，可以向CCDC官方发邮件阐明诉求，如图2所示，2024年11月16日11:32发的邮件，目标邮箱为“deposit@ccdc.cam.ac.uk”。

然后，在当天19:15收到状态改变邮件，如图3所示。

此时登录CCDC账号，查看数据状态为Unpublished，如图4所示。

其详情页如图5所示，已经没有DOI号了。
