The final difference map max. andmin. need to be added to the tables in the SI. Intensity data in LIST 6 ratherthan LIST 4 format predominate (see Checkcif alerts). It would be useful tostate explicitly which crystal structures are enantiopure. 大意: 通用实验部分是包含以下所需结构具体细节的好地方。最终差值电子密度的最大值和最小值需要添加到支撑信息(SI, supporting information)的表格中。衍射强度数据主要为LIST 6格式,而非LIST 4格式(参见CheckCIF提示)。明确指出哪些晶体结构是对映纯是有用的。 SHELXL [1]指令LIST(参阅推文“SHELXL指令之LIST”)的作用是将衍射点列表写入fcf文件,而LIST指令不同参数以不同格式将衍射点列表写入fcf文件,因此对于该审稿意见的处理很简单,将ins文件中的LIST 6改为LIST 4,然后精修重新生成CIF [2]文件即可。 参考文献 [1] (a) Sheldrick, G.
