没必要消除的B级警报PLAT410案例1
案例来源:CCDC[1] 2283671, 2410254. Inorg. Chem. 2024, 63, 9539‒9551. DOI[2]:10.1021/acs.inorgchem.3c04079.
案例结构为如1所示(由ChemBioDraw[3]绘制)。
1 案例结构
该结构解析精修完成后,如2所示(由Olex2[4]呈现,验证报告由PLATON[5]呈现),有一个B级警报PLAT410(参阅推文“CheckCIF-PLAT410”)。
2 案例结构结果
B级警报PLAT410中所述H40BH50A分别是β-二亚胺配体上1-位取代基苄基的亚甲基氢(H40B)和2-位取代三甲基硅基亚甲基的氢(H50A),如2所示,两者之间因为距离小于2.1 Å而触发了B级警报PLAT410,这两个取代基原子椭球正常,并无明显无序存在,因此没必要做无序处理尝试消除该警报(不要为了消除警报而做多余处理,键长键角以及结构的合理性才是重要的),这个就是因为β-二亚胺配体和金属配位使得该配体构型固定,以及晶体结构中分子排列、空间位阻等原因使得两个亚甲基氢相对靠近,从而触发了该警报。
3 触发B级警报PLAT410的结构片段
尊重事实,将上述说明写入CIF[6]中对该警报进行解释即可,如4所示。(“审稿意见-审稿人能接受AB级警报吗”。)
4 B级警报PLAT410的解释说明
CIF中配体填的是“β-diketiminato”,如5所示,不过checkCIF系统不识别希腊字母,因此上图中变成了“-diketiminato”,这没关系,只要CIF中内容正确即可,读者最终还是要打开CIF查看具体内容的。
