CIF已嵌入HKL为何CheckCIF还要求FCF文件 在笔者微信公众号后台有小伙伴留言如图1所示问题。 ▲图1 问题描述 在CheckCIF上传CIF[1]文件进行验证时,出现上述界面就是要求上传结构因子文件,即FCF文件,例如Olex2[2]自带数据sucrose[3]文件如图2所示,其CIF文件就是sucrose.cif,其FCF文件就是sucrose.fcf。 ▲图2 sucrose的数据文件 如果CIF中没有嵌入HKL文件或者以loop循环数据形式嵌入HKL,而checkCIF时Selectvalidation type又勾选了前两项中的一项时,如图3红框所示,就会出现图1界面。(HKL嵌入CIF可参阅推文“Olex2基操-CIF中以何种形式嵌入hkl”。) ▲图3 Select validation type 一般来说,以SHELXL[4]程序默认形式(参阅推文“Olex2基操-CIF中以何种形式嵌入hkl”)将HKL文件(以及RES文件)嵌入CIF时,通常不会遇到图1界面问题,当然,有时系统也会出故障,导致即便以SHELXL程序默认形式将HKL文件嵌入CIF也会遇到图1界面问题。 当然,遇到图1界面问题时,如果希望验证结构因子,则选择文件按钮,找到对应的FCF文件,然后点击右侧的“Upload structure factor file”即可完成CIF和结构因子的验证并得到验证报告;如果只想验证CIF而不想要验证结构因子,则点击下方的“Submit for checking (without remainingstructure factors)”即可。 视频讲解请参阅: CIF已嵌入HKL为何CheckCIF还要求FCF文件:https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1DnDjYcESM 参考文献 [1] (a) Hall, S.
