相关软件或概念:APEX4[1] (Version 2021.4-1); Olex2[2] (Version: Olex2-1.5); PLATON[3] (Version: 241123); SHELXL[4] (Version: SHELXL-2019/3); SHELXT[5] 最近,某高校一位老师求助一个晶体数据处理,用Olex2打开查看,发现数据质量挺好,结构建模也没有问题,只是R因子和残余峰(主体结构附近很多不合理的残余峰)居高不下,如图1所示。 ▲图1 数据概况 用APEX4查看倒易空间点阵,无论是正方向,还是其他方向,均为发现明显孪晶,于是用PLATON检查,发现有孪晶法则,如图2所示。 ▲图2 PLATON检查出的孪晶法则 第一个矩阵看起来比较靠谱(均为整数),将其写入ins文件,如图3所示。 ▲图3 写入ins的孪晶法则 加入孪晶法则后,批比例因子由初始值0.23精修为最终值0.3871,残余峰和R因子均得到极大改善,如图4所示。 ▲图4 加入孪晶法则后精修结果 参考文献 [1]Bruker (2021).
