无序示例-6组分无序和氧4组分无序(无序理解)

1所示(由Olex2[3]呈现)该结构中4个三苯基膦中间的铜做了6组分无序处理,氧则做了4组分无序处理,根据差值电子密度图以及电荷平衡,6个无序组分铜的占有率用SHELXL[4]指令SUMP(参阅推文“SHELXL指令之SUMP”)线性加和为14个无序组分氧占有率线性加和为2

上述结构绘制为平面结构如2所示(由ChemBioDraw[5]绘制),阳离子部分为(Ph3P)2Cu(O=PPh3)2,因为无序的存在,中间的铜存在6个不同的位置,而氧原子虽然只做了4组分无序,但中心金属铜为四面体构型,两个Ph3P和两个O=PPh3实际上有6中可能的分布,所以将“两个Ph3P和两个O=PPh3”看作一个“整体”,该“整体”也应理解为6组分无序。
