相关软件或概念:APEX4[1] (Version 2021.4-1); Olex2[2] (Version: Olex2-1.5); PLATON[3] (Version: 241123); SHELXL[4] (Version: SHELXL-2019/3); SHELXT[5] 最近,测试了一个晶体,10秒曝光时间,其衍射图案如图1所示。 ▲图1 衍射图案 ▲图2 B级警报PLAT971 与之相关的还有C级警报PLAT094(参阅推文“CheckCIF-PLAT094”),在CIF[5]中找到“_refine_diff_density_max”和“_refine_diff_density_min”(参阅推文“CIF核心词典-refine”),如图3所示,上述B级警报中的2.09 = 2.736/1.311= 2.08695652,因为Olex2显示的仅保留1位小数,因此用Olex2显示的2.7/1.3 = 2.07692可能就会产生疑惑。 ▲图3 CIF中残余峰项目 随后,尝试用OMIT指令截断分辨率,发现当用“OMIT -2 54”将分辨率截断为0.78 Å时,Max Peak有所下降,不过B级警报PLAT971仍然存在,如图4所示。 ▲图4 分辨率截断为0.78 Å的结果 不过,当使用“OMIT -253.5”将分辨率截断为0.79 Å时,PLAT971降为C级,如图5所示。 ▲图5 分辨率截断为0.79 Å的结果 于是返回数据还原阶段,将分辨率截断为0.79 Å重新进行数据还原,结果发现还不如OMIT指令截断的结果,如图6所示,因此采用上面结果。 ▲图6 重新还原结果 参考文献 [1]Bruker (2021).
