申请CCDC号时添加期刊论文信息

本文案例描述这样一种情况，论文发表时仅报道了化合物除晶体数据之外的合成步骤、核磁等信息，后来有了晶体数据，申请该晶体数据的CCDC[1]号时就可以添加相应的期刊论文信息。

如图1所示为欲申请CCDC号的化合物结构。

如图2所示，在第5步Add Publication中添加期刊论文相关信息，诸如作者列表、期刊名称、卷、年、页和DOI[2]等。

然后，按部就班完成后续步骤即可，数分钟后，收到邮件，已为上述化合物分配了CCDC号2384028，如图3所示。

查看结构状态，显示已发表，如图4所示。

点击图4左侧的Details可以查看结构详情，在AssociatedPublications下可以看的期刊论文信息，如图5所示。

此时在Access Structures中利用DOI号进行结构CIF[3]查询，如图6所示。（参阅视频“CCDC-AccessStructures-根据DOI查找CIF文件：https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Lb41197UH”。）

查询结果如图7所示，刚刚申请CCDC号的结构在列表末端，如图7所示。

因为上述案例是在论文发表（2021年）之后申请（2024年）的，所以论文中没有该化合物的CCDC号信息，因此需要通过论文的DOI号才能从Access Structures中查到。
