申请CCDC号时，在步骤5（Add Publication）点击“Publish in aDatabase”，如图1所示。 ▲图1 Publish in a Database 在Journalname一栏中系统填入“Databa**munication”，并且其他栏均变为灰色，如图2所示，如果此时改变主意不想发表在数据库中，则点击下方的“Clickto remove Database Communication”。 ▲图2 Publish in a Database信息 此时点击“Proceedto Next Step”时，弹出ConfirmDatabase Publication对话框，如果确定要将CIF发表在数据库，则点击Confirm；如果改变主意，则点击Go Back，如图3所示。 ▲图3 发表确认 然后完成剩下的步骤即可。 等待数分钟后，收到邮件（见下方邮件内容），此时在MyStructures列表中可以看到，该CIF的Status为Published，只不过还未分配Refcode，如图4所示。 ▲图4 数据状态 邮件内容： DearDepositor, Thankyou for depositing your crystal structure(s) via the joint CCDC/FIZ Karlsruhedeposition service.
